We offer services regarding virtual private servers, cloud backup and storage, web development and web hosting, cyber security, social media marketing as well as hardware and software products and development.

Rejection of quotes will be subjected to a Quote Rejection Fee of R195.00. Price and specifications could change without notice.

Acceptable use policy
The policy ensures that all services and products offered by Digital Infinity (PTY) Ltd to customers is compliant with South African Law. It protects any Digital Infinity (PTY) Ltd products and services from improper/ illegal or fraudulent dealings. No user will be permitted to use any data collected from any marketing done by Digital Infinity (PTY) Ltd or attempt to contact any individual or company for their own advancement unless written permission has been given by the director of Digital Infinity (PTY) Ltd. Any unacceptable use or prohibited activity will be dealt with in accordance with the law.
Delivery policy
Collection of purchased hardware is to be collected from our office premises. Stock is subject to availability and upon receipt of payment. Requests will be processed within 7 working days. Export restriction and the offerings on this website are available to South African customers only.
Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Digital Infinity (PTY) Ltd is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Digital Infinity (PTY) Ltd will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the customer will attract a 10% administration fee. Exchanges will only be done if the product is returned undamaged and with all original labels and components. The customer may hand deliver or send the returned / unwanted product back to Digital Infinity (PTY) Ltd at their own expense and risk. Once we have received your returned product and it has been assessed by Digital Infinity (PTY) Ltd and before we can refund you for your returned purchase, all items returned will be thoroughly inspected. We only accept used goods for return and refund if there is a manufacturing defect. Please read all the details of your product’s warranty which comes with the product. If a product has been misused or abused in any manner by you the customer, we will not be able to refund you for your purchase. You will however have the option to have it repaired or replaced at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse a return or an exchange if products are returned damaged, or not in a sale-able condition. Goods not collected within 90 days will be sold to defray costs.
Cancellation and suspension of services
We at Digital Infinity (PTY) Ltd may either suspend or cancel your service at any time at our discretion should the customer not adhere to the payment terms or conditions. Should this occur the customer will have to pay a reinstatement fee of R 500.00 to reactivate the services. Should the customer wish to cancel the service a 30 day calendar month’s written notice to be submitted to info@digitalinfinity.co.za. Any contravention of the acceptable use policy can also constitute reason to terminate services.

Digital Infinity (PTY) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of all our users. All personal information will be kept confidential and secure in accordance with legislation. Please see our privacy policy for more information in this regard.
Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via bank transfer into Digital Infinity (PTY) Ltd bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Responsibility
Digital Infinity (PTY) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold, customer service and support. The customer’s responsibility is to ensure that proper procedure and use of such services and/or products are in accordance with the Digital Infinity (PTY) Ltd Terms and Conditions including Digital Infinity (PTY) Ltd Policies and procedures.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We will to the best of our abilities ensure the accuracy and reliability of the content on our website. The use of the website, products and services is at the user’s own risk. Digital Infinity (PTY) Ltd accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions on this website and can suspend or terminate the website, products and services at any time without prior notice.
Service agreement
Digital Infinity IT Group (PTY) Ltd and the customer enter a service agreement in which the terms of service and any maintenance is specified. The agreement covers any remote assistance using Remote Desktop and Virtual Private Servers. Running backups and installing any updates and monthly system diagnostics. The customers responsibilities are to ensure that all necessary payments are made at the agreed upon intervals to maintain the service. Digital Infinity IT Group (PTY) Ltd will notify the customer should there be any service-related maintenance and will notify the customer of any suspicious activity or security threats. Digital Infinity IT Group (PTY) Ltd will then give suggestions to the client on how to manage such threats and it is the customers responsibility to implement and or follow the suggestions. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all their employees are aware of the services and policies that are in place regarding the use of the products or services supplied by Digital Infinity IT Group (PTY) Ltd. Any services outside what is agreed upon will be billed accordingly. Termination of service refer to cancellation of service session.
Amendments
Digital Infinity IT Group (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to change terms of use or any part thereof at any time without notice. Where a major change has been made the customer will be notified via email to read any significant changes or updates that could pertain to them.
Country of domicile
